It is a very active process just like meditation is. At the same time, patience is NOT a passive process, definitely. Patience comes out of faith in the creator, that in the grand scheme of things, this is what would ensue and HIS will is final. Patience need to be cultivated, initially, and requires time – which tolerance can give. And we require time for that patience to sink in, within our system to be expressed. There is a great need, latent in humanity to be patient and understanding with the circumstance one is thrown in, with oneself, and others. See what underlying truth? The need to be patient, the need to be tolerant.
